The Weekender

Starts at $600: This package fits people who are looking to have someone coordinate the day of the event. This includes 1-2 required meetings prior to the day of the event, as well as, everything listed below:

  • Initial scheduled meeting to discuss plan of events and pricing

  • 1-2 other required meetings to make sure we are on the same page for the day of the event

  • Share Google Folder with scheduled meetings, vision board, itinerary, and other documents needed

  • Provide a weekend itinerary for all parties involved

  • Day of Event:

    • Key contact for all vendors

    • Orchestrate the behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly

    • Conduct the lineup of wedding party and ensure all members are wedding ready

    • Ensure musicians play on the right cues

    • Make sure all required parties sign marriage certificate

    • Ensure photographers and videographers understand your wants/needs for the picture aesthetic

    • Facilitate entire ceremony, reception, etc. from beginning to end.

The Getaway

Starts at $1,000: This package fits people who are looking for someone to coordinate the day of the event, as well as, the 3 months leading up to the event. This includes weekly meetings starting at 7 weeks out AND everything listed below:

  • Initial scheduled meeting to discuss plan of events and pricing

  • 5-6 other required meetings to make sure we are on the same page for the day of the event.

    • Each of these meetings will be centered around the needs of the client for that week.

    • I will personally assist you in talking details over with all vendors involved

  • Share Google Folder with scheduled meetings, vision board, itinerary, and other documents needed

  • Provide a weekend itinerary for all parties involved

  • Day of Event:

    • Key contact for all vendors

The All-Inclusive

Starts at $2,000: This package fits people who are looking for someone to do ALL of the planning, orchestrating, and coordinating that goes into a large event. All you do is tell me your vision and show up!

  • Initial scheduled meeting to discuss plan of events and pricing

  • Monthly required meetings to make sure we are on the same page for the day of the event.

    • Each of these meetings will be centered around the needs of the client.

    • I will be the main person of contact for all vendors

    • I will set up all vendor meetings required throughout the planning process

    • I will personally assist you in talking details over with all vendors involved

  • Share Google Folder with scheduled meetings, vision board, itinerary, and other documents needed

  • Provide a weekend itinerary for all parties involved

  • Day of Event:
